1979 Pro Formula Atlantic Series Program
The 1979 and 1980 Atlantic races were the last pro events run at Bridgehampton. The lightweight formula cars were very fast, and numerous off-course excursions testified to the difficulty of running professional machinery on the by-now very bumpy Bridgehampton track.
The drawing below, from the '79 program, is another nice example of of racing art work of the era.
